Smart Choices kickstarts The Smart Start Experience 2025, which is an amazing opportunity for your Year 12 students to gain an insight into careers at an international law firm.
 
By attending this Smart Choices event, students will be invited to apply the Smart Start Week or Smart Applications programmes - only Smart Choices attendees will be able to apply for these prestigious programmes.
 

  1. Smart Start Week: a unique work experience week hosted at A&O Shearman’s offices in July 2025
  2. Smart Applications: a virtual work-related learning programme running across eight webinars in Summer 2025 – the programmes will be incredible opportunities for all participants, and we’d love for your students to take part.

Places are offered on a first-come first-served basis, and we expect places to be oversubscribed so highly recommend signing up sooner rather than later to secure a place – applications may close early once the programme hits capacity.
