Apprenticeships
If university isn’t the path you're taking but you’re looking for a qualification, our apprenticeships may be right for you. As an apprentice, you’ll work full-time at a competitive salary. In turn, we’ll pay for you to earn a professional qualification while giving you time off to attend college or training with your peers.
Behind the scenes, the apprenticeships we have to offer span a wide range of areas across the business e.g., Business & Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Creative Services and so many more! Being such a difficult industry to get into at a young age, we encourage the next generation to pursue a career within the film & entertainment industry and develop a passion for their role whilst also gaining a qualification alongside. This equips our apprentices with the knowledge of how to work as part of a team in a certain business area so that they can continue their careers either at WBD or at another company.
We offer Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships: our level 3 apprenticeships last 18 months and our level 4 apprenticeships are 2 years. After this time has ended, you may have the opportunity to get a more permanent position, put onto a higher-level apprenticeship or want to go and develop your skills at another company.
