Preparing for the Army Assessment Centre can feel like a big step for young people considering an Army career. To help students feel more informed and confident, the lead assessor at Assessment Centre Lichfield will be delivering a free online event that explains exactly what happens during the assessment process.

Breaking Down the Army Assessment

📅 Tuesday 22 September 2026
🕕 18:00 to 19:00

During the session, Army experts will walk students, parents, carers and educators through every stage of the Army Assessment Centre, including:

  • What the Assessment Centre is and what it is designed to assess
  • Medical, academic, fitness and teamwork activities
  • What assessors are looking for
  • The career discussion and how to prepare
  • Common misconceptions and concerns
  • Practical tips to help candidates feel calm, prepared and confident

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in Army careers to gain a clear understanding of the recruitment process and ask questions in a supportive environment.

Please feel free to share this opportunity with students, parents and colleagues within your network.
