Four in 10 15-year-olds in the UK, including 38% of girls and 44% of boys, do not indicate a desired career. The Careers of the Future Index equips you with the ability to map out career paths that are grounded in the latest research and will stand the test of time.

Amazon has teamed up with Gallup to create the Careers of the Future Index - a public database that provides insight on the long-term potential of various career paths, across three different European countries.

What does the index do and how can you use it?

  • Ranks professions based on average income, job growth, vacancies per worker, and capacity to withstand automation
  • Compares the highest ranking professions against students' aspirations to identify opportunities in the market
