To round off Mental Health Awareness Week, we thought we’d share our brand-new Wellbeing Zone which is now live within the advice section of our website.

We thought it was important to have an ongoing space where you and your students could seek a bit of guidance – especially during this busy end of year period.

To start, we’ve added 5 new resources 📝:

  • How to Manage Stress: In this guide we provide some tips for identifying and managing symptoms when they build up.
  • Online Wellbeing Tools: Here we look at eight great apps and websites featuring techniques such as meditation, journaling and music.
  • Mental Health at University: In this article we share advice for how your students can prepare and look after their wellbeing at uni.
  • How to Cope on Results Day: We’ve put together guidance for coping with feelings before and on exam results day, with some practical tips to prep for different outcomes.
  • Mental Health during Exams: Last week, we sent out an email with 5 tips for looking after mental heath whilst revising. We’ve now turned this into a handy article which you can share with your students.
